How Our Network Works

Who Answers Your Call

Oxygenyour Walk-In Tubs is a referral service, so the person you speak with is usually an independent provider in our network, or someone who works for that provider. They run their own business and do the work themselves.

What the Provider May Ask

A first talk is usually simple. Expect a few friendly questions:

  • What kind of bathroom do you have now?
  • Is it a tub, a shower, or both?
  • What is hardest about using it today?
  • Who will use the new setup?
  • Do you have a rough timeline in mind?

A provider may also ask about your home. An older house with cast-iron or galvanized plumbing, or a basement bath, can change the plan.

Questions Worth Asking a Provider

You do not need to know much about bathrooms. Just bring a short list.

  • Can I get a written quote that lists everything?
  • What is the usual cost range for a job like mine, and what could change it?
  • Do you handle permits, if my area requires them?
  • Are you licensed and insured? Can I see proof?
  • How long will the work take, and what will be disturbed?
  • What happens if you find a problem behind the walls?
  • Can you help document things for an insurance claim, if that applies?

Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Coverage for planned safety upgrades is less common.

You Stay in Charge

You can talk with more than one provider. In fact, it helps. Put the quotes side by side and look at the materials, the scope, and the timeline, not only the price.

If something feels rushed, slow down. A good provider will understand. You can say no, or say not yet.

Ready to Talk to a Provider?

When you feel ready, send a request and share a few details. A local provider can take it from there.
