If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each answers for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it often helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know that Oxygenyour Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or act for a provider.

• When you spoke with us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also turn to your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office, or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
